Hi,

Is there already a tool that scans the system for offline documentation (e.g. 
Qt, Latex, SelfHTML, ... ) and let the user decide to create web shortcuts 
for these?
I find it interesting to have those for offline programming.
Is there an interest in improving interoperability between installed html 
documentation and konqueror in general?
I can imagine several ways to do so.
Where does konqueror stores its web shortcuts at all?
