Clearly there is a need for a survey of what KDE developers think of surveys 
:)

I filled in the forms and sent them off, but I really can't see anything 
useful coming out of it. I didn't really understand a lot of the questions 
such as the "give the user a locus of control. give dialogs closure."  
example given by Adriaan.
