Subject: Standart save/discard dialog

I would like to ask one thing. That dialog "save / discard / cancel" as some
kind of system provided dialog that should be used, or every app needs to
create it's own by KMessageBox? Witch one is the valid way to accept the
system setup. Are the texts of buttons hardcoded onto applications or it is
system wide?
