Thanks a lot, that worked. At least k3b seemst to be registered directly after 
the call. Still the first dcop call to k3b didn't come through, but I guess 
this must be k3b's fault then, maybe because it checks so many things during 
startup.

But in case you know any cure for this too, it'd be highly appreciated :-)
