With so many efforts underway already the question really isn't should we, but 
rather how do we handle it when it happens?  Do we embrace it, create a 
kde-win32 mailinglist, have a repository for a Windows installer, etc?

From a corporate perspective having the ability to deploy Kontact across the 
desktops is a very powerfull motivator.
