I previously had
checkout-only unsermake ktracer kdmthemes
but changed it to
checkout-only unsermake

Now, kdecvs-build tries to build/link ktracer and kdmthemes. 

% ./kdecvs-build-0.86/kdecvs-build kdenonbeta/unsermake --no-cvs 
--refresh-build    

Looks like the configure finds the kdmthemes and ktracer and assumes to build 
them.

checking if ktracer should be compiled... yes
configure: creating ./config.status
fast creating Makefile
fast creating kdmthemes/Makefile
fast creating ktracer/Makefile

Good - your configure finished. Start make now

It appears my old CVS version of ktracer no longer builds due to KTGL errors.
