Is Qt really in there?
Your problem is that all widget styles are not available due to a Qt version mismatch,
so the "debugging" style is being used as fallback.
Try selecting the right style again in kcontrol, but most probably you need to recompile
kdelibs against the version of Qt that you're running, if it got compiled against another one.
