A friendly warning: using names starting with an underscore is a terrible 
idea. A lot of those are reserved for the (compiler library) implementation. 

Append the underscore instead.

Oh, and for what's it worth, I find the hung. notation to be a terrible 
invention, too. IMHO, if you need it, your  member functions are too big, or 
you're using too many static/globals. 

Just a word from the trenches of real life, where we're happy if we have a 
make avaible, and IDEs are out of the question :-/
