As other have pointed out, you should use a layout manager. Remember that 
	a) Fonts sizes differs
	b) Resolutions differs
	c) Text direction differs
	d) Text content differs
	e) ....

in other words: Layout by pixel is hopeless, in HTML and GUI-design alike. 
Forget it.
