My work make me realize that there's a bug in the mp3 audio decoder in 
kde/noatun/juk. The files are read directly by the player (i think they use a 
qdatastream), so the tags are also read and this cause some noises at the 
begining (even more when tags are big ie: contening long comments or 
pictures).
This bug don't appear with XMMS or other apps whose don't use the kde api.
on the kde mutimedia mailing list, so i send it to kde-devel, but i'll report 
the bug in the bugtracker.
I also want to thank again all peoples on this list and all of the peoples 
whose contribute to make KDE the best DM/WM i've ever used.
