FWIW, I checked out the 3_2_0_Release branch and qtsharp/ compiled fine.
So, there must be a difference in the makefile between the release and
cvs versions. 

I did have a failure in the compile of kdebindings/kdejava/koala/kdejava
, but I believe that was because of a kdelibs difference, so I'm not
going to get involved with that yet.
