Yup, but the original author hasn't been spotted in years, and using C-style, 
STL, some own format _and_ QString in one app is just a mess. The original 
author's wishes were trampled long ago when QStrings first snuck into the ct* 
files, hence the idea to finally make a clean (cron)job of it.
