I think you will want to install KDevelop 3 as KDevelop 2 templates are a bit 
oldish now. As it does not seem to be a rpm for Mandrake 9.2, I suggest you 
grab the latest stable release source on kdevelop.org and compile it 
yourself. It's very easy and at the same time it will make you familiar with 
KDE apps build process. Please make sure you install all qt packages 
(lib-qt3-devel and others) and kdelibs-devel if any.
