Nothing stops them from doing this even if they are part of the main modules 
does it? And i actually think it is a great advantage that kde has so many 
programs released at the same time as the desktop environment, and i think it 
would be an advantage if at least one cd burning app is part of the release 
as i consider this to be a basic desktop task.
