Hi,

this is about making KDE more usable and polished. I had many complains about
people not being able to easily burn CDs and using their digital camera.

Because of that - and because I think many people use these applications
anyway - I would really like to suggest picking up digikam into kdegraphics
and k3b into kdemultimedia (and I think there's a CD labeling program also,
could that be incorporated into k3b somehow ?) for KDE 3.3. It would make it
so much easier to tie those programs into e.g. konqueror and so forth besides
the service menus, plus making them available to a much broader audience.

I know it's bloating KDE but I think it's better to bloat KDE on parts where
it doesn't offer anything by default than to bloat it where it already has
sufficient solutions :)

Any comments, ideas ?

Ralf

Absolutely GOLD here! That would overcome a great deal of the "but it
worked on Windows" complaints for the camera fans.
