Yes, I had this issue (klineedit.h is the file).

I blew away my whole $KDEDIR and rebuilt/installed kdelibs, to no avail. The 
qtconfig paths looked fine.
In the end it turned out to be a conflict with an old version of the uic, and 
newer qt-copy - I had updated Qt, but not rebuilt it. Looks like the kdelibs 
build dragged in some new headers that weren't compatible with the older 
tools.

In any case, solved.
