I think that a usability option has nothing to do with a graphical style.
You don't change the behaviour of other apps in KDE when a different graphical 
style is selected, do you?

And what is the problem by showing the user an autorun-dialog by default, but 
giving him a checkbox in it, to not do this in the future anymore, as what is 
done by a lot of other dialogs regardless of the graphical style?
