This is a Wiki site, which is hopefully a good way to collaborate on this 
stuff.

I'd ask that everyone who has a though about this provide input. I guess if 
Ralf can't run with the coordination part, I can potentially act as 
editor/coordinator. I'll need a few authors / proofreaders through! Register  
your details on the Wiki.
