you need the developing package for libfam
On Debian it is names libfam-dev

Now idea how you do it through this clicknrun thingy (Lindows isn't it?)
but on a normal Debian you would install it like this
#> apt-get install libfam-dev

You should really make yourself comfortable with your distributions 
package system.
