Hi Aviran
I really don't know exactly about SOCKS, but the other ones are fully covered 
in latest kmail, as s/mime, IMAP, and the current CVS KDE have Kontact, a 
complect Mail/Organizer/etc. suite ( based on kmail/korganizer/knotes/etc ) 
which intends to have the same functionality as Evolution. ( www.kontact.org 
)
Plus, Kolab/Kroupware project will be soon providing the framework server, so 
we have almost an complete Exchange/Outlook solution over KDE soon.
