Well the reason I asked is because I'm writing a KWin client. And it's
not working. As near as I can tell on 3.1.1a, these entries are not
supported in kcontrol/colors and kcontrol/krdb. And doing some search
in webCVS, they aren't supported in CVS either.
I've added them to a color scheme, and they do nothing. But if I add
them manually to kdeglobals, then my client can see them and they work.
But I can't see anyway to get them from a kcsrc to kdeglobals.
There is code in kcontrol/colors and kcontrol/krdb to handle other
entries, but not activeTitleBtnFg, etc. And there are remnants of their
support in KWinInternals::Options, namely "handle", as if they were
supported at one time, but no longer are.
