Hum... sorry but the page :
http://i18n.kde.org/stats/gui/HEAD/index.php

says "only" 1 720 000 translated messages...

BTW, you're probably right : french team has translated 49431 and I think they 
are about 10-15 really active translators.

So, stating 5000 translated messages <=> 1 translator, we should have about :

344 translators.

hose who are unmaintained have probably all the translated messages in "fuzzy" 
state, no ?
