I can't compile anything except kdelibs (and arts) : configure stops with this 
error :

checking if UIC has KDE plugins available... configure: error: not found - you 
need to install kdelibs first.

Here is what I found in config.log :

configure:22632: /opt/kde3cvs//bin/uic -L 
/opt/kde3cvs/lib/kde3/plugins/designer -nounload -impl actest.h actest.ui > 
actest.cpp
/opt/kde3cvs//bin/uic: relocation error: /opt/kde3cvs//bin/uic: undefined 
symbol: ascii__C7QString


Does anybody know where this problem comes from ?
