OK. But remember my YAIEM theory. (Yet Another Incorrect Error
Message). I have learned not to rely too much on exactly what error
messages say.

Well, I had also checked out: "meinproc.cpp" again. Specifically, I
deleted everything: "meinproc*" in: "kdelibs/kdoctools/" and did a check
out on that directory. That was when: "xslt.cpp" popped up unexpected.

Then I ran through the steps on: "kdelibs".

And now it seems to work. I doubt that I had the wrong: "meinproc.cpp"
but I have no way to determine this.

I remain puzzled, but it now works. The KdeNetwork tree is still
building, but it went past the previous problem OK.
