Hi,

 An annoying UI and usability issue. If you add the Preferences menu to the K 
menu, the submenu orders will be different from the one in the Control 
Center. This is bad, as you locate a lot of times an item by its position, 
and if it's different in two places, you will get confused. The reason for 
this incosistency is that in Control Center the entries are sorted, but in 
Preferences they are not. 
 If it's not my local problem, I think it needs to be corrected until 3.1.
