Something not good is going on because I did a fresh reinstall and I had all 
the things I should have in the KControl, anyway, I forgot to remove my 
KDEHOME... now I did it... but I still find some things that aren't working 
as they should (did run KControl yet)... there's an email.desktop that 
appears in $KDEDIR/share/applnk/Settings/ and it should be there. it should 
go into Settings/Network, may it have something to do with:
/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./uninstall.desktop 
/opt/kde-head/share/applnk/Settings/email.desktop
???
I'm going to try again if everything else is working ok.
