Greetings,

Following error:
ksvgtopng.cpp:4: kimageeffect.h: No such file or directory

Seems to be a Makefile issue since the file is in kdelibs/kdefx.  
Unfortunately I don't have a clue as to how to fix it :-(  I tried to 
symbolically link kimageeffect.h in kdelibs/pics/ (I know, I know... I didn't 
really expect it to work) but that resulted in:

/usr/i486-suse-linux/bin/ld: cannot find -lkdefx

Any way to fix this without recompiling all of kdelibs?
