several of the buttons, including the quick browser, desktop button, and 
urlbutton  require konq_operations.h to support drops ... does drag 'n 
dropping an icon onto those buttons work for you?

the reliance on konq_bookmarkmanager could probably be removed easily enough 
(it's 6 lines of code in a header), but the drop thing would be a bit more 
tricky. could be doable, though.
