Another primary use for IMAP is the ability to keep headers in sync when
accessing from different locations, including reading work e-mail from home
(slow link).

KMail is able to do this itself already. Or does it magically display the body
without downloading the data? :-)

Well, POP3 behaviour might work for Unai as he is a POP3 convert, but I use
IMAP for its features including properly reading work e-mail from home.
Zack and I will make it optional, but local hard disc space is not wasted if
it severly cuts down bandwidth and allows for off-line mail reading (even if
it is read-only at first to prevent possible syncing issues/conflicts).
