But if you can't download it for free from the net ?
E.G. http://www.regexps.com/monkey.html

You need to pay the author of the app to get it (in this example, only if you 
can't afford to pay, you can have it without paying it..see url).

And at least, when the app is available, the app _need_ QT or MySQL or 
whatever, it can't run without. 

So, is this a commercial case, or is this a GPLed "donation" case ?

Well, after all, these thoughts are coming in my mind, when I read this 
announcement on the page mentioned earlier in this mail.
