Subject:    Konqueror file manager and view mode

File manager launches with tree on sidebar and with view mode set to icon
view. You can close the sidebar and change view mode, but You can't set it
as default. When You open file manager next time, You have again icon view
and sidebar.

Don't You think it would be cool to add such settings in Settings ->
Configure Konqueror -> File Manager -> Appearance?
