Yes, but that will be an extremely good feature for KDE IMHO. I don't see it 
changing any API, so it shouldn't be a problem! Writing a special screensaver 
to post notes is not the ideal solution. People should know that "hey, I know 
I can write notes on his/her screen when he/she is away" rather than "I know 
I can write notes on his/her screen.. but I hope he/she is running that 
particular screensaver!"
