I did this, but it does not work.  I'm still getting the [kdevel] string in 
the subject line.  This is what I have in the kmailrc:
action-args-0=kdevel
action-args-1=Subject\t"\\[kde-devel\\]"\t""
action-name-0=transfer
action-name-1=rewrite header
actions=2
apply-on=check-mail,manual-filtering
contentsA=kde-devel
fieldA=<recipients>
funcA=contains
name=<<To or Cc>>:kde-devel
operator=or
rules=1

This looks look to my opinion, what could be wrong?  Does the language (not 
English) have influence.  I hope the answer can be obtained from kdevel 
though kmail@kde.org is probably more appropriate.
