Yep, it works great. I think it's the greatest thing since sliced bread ...
but I'm biased. How easy it is to use depends to some extent on your
coordination; those of us who've spent too much time playing video games
usually have no trouble picking it up. It does slow you down a bit, since
you have to pause the mouse to click, so I might not use it much if I didn't
have hand pain; but even then it comes in handy if you have a page with lots
of things to click on.

The KDE version (KMouseTool) doesn't yet handle double-clicks and
right-clicks. In the Windows version they are generated by a combination of
hotkeys and context-awareness, where the program sends different clicks (or
doesn't click) depending on the window type below the cursor.

I'd like to add both of those, but I'm still learning my way around KDE
programming; hotkeys look easy, but I haven't looked into how best to do the
context awareness.

KMouseTool does let you drag the mouse, though, and that works fine.

I haven't noticed single- and double-click inconsistencies in KDE yet, but one
of the reasons I like KDE is that it seems very MouseTool-friendly; I can do
almost anything I want with a combination of left-clicks and left-drags.
