Does Konqueror offer the posibility to use an external download manager (like 
Get Right or Download acelerater).
I see that there are not much of this type of programs and I think that 
Konqueror doesn't provide an easy way to do it, I think that would be a nice 
feature for konqueror, don't you think so ? so anybody could make a download 
manager and we can include a default simple, or not so simple download 
manager in Konqueror (maybe this could work as a plug in, but I don't know 
how plub ins work).
