Konqueror works fine on my P2/300. If it doesn't work on such hardware, then 
something is wrong. In fact, it starts up significantly faster than IE 5.5 on 
Win95.

E.g for Konqueror.

kstartperf: measured startup time at 7115.27 ms
kstartperf: measured startup time at 6522.02 ms
kstartperf: measured startup time at 4130.45 ms
