I am not sure if that's really a good idea, since there allready _is_ a
german language platform: Just tell these people to post to Usenet!

       de.comp.os.unix.apps.kde

Since this groups is a well working forum for german speaking KDE users
and as it has a fine FAQ
  (see Stephan Binner's postings "<date> FAQ de.comp.os.unix.apps.kde")
I do not see a need for a special mailing list for german speaking KDE users.

I might be wrong but IMO it would be better - for people willing to help
such users - to look into that newsgroups a bit more often and help the
people who are asking there...  :-)
