whises:

- possibility to add the item in the toolbar the Cache mode chooser for "keep 
in sync", "use if possible", "offline browsing"

problems:
- test URL: www.w3c.org, then exit reenter konq, use offline mode, go to 
www.w3c.org and the dns doesn't cache anything, but www.google.com works, 
instead.
