I see, it's part of the auto configuration... but I did that!

from ftp.kde.org/pub/unstable/ there's a release candidate 2... from today!

Grabbed that, issued make -f Makefile.cvs, .configure and all compiled 
perfectly.

So somethings wrong with the rc2 tarball of arts...
