Which rpms are you talking about? KDE does not provide binaries. A
couple of Linux Distributions do, and for the convenience they get
distributed on the KDE ftp servers. If you think you've found a bug
in one of those Packages then bug your distro ;) (it looks like in
your case the package forgot to upload the source rpm)
