Thanks, but doesn't work too :-(

[schroed@mendocino ~]$ cat .qt/qtrc
[General]
useXft=true

[Settings]
UseMenuTransparency=true

[schroed@mendocino ~]$ cat .qt/kstylerc
#MenuTransparencyEngine=SoftwareTint
#MenuTransparencyEngine=SoftwareBlend
MenuTransparencyEngine=XRender

MenuOpacity=0.60
#MenuOpacity=0.90

I tested all methods. Also I installed the openGL drivers from nvidia.
Doesn't work anymore.

How can I debug this? Is there somewhere a logfile saying:
reading ~/.qt/kstylerc

or something like that?

The problem could be on so many points. Any ideas?

Bye
