Greetings
	Well from what I can tell all kdeapplications seem to crash because they 
dcop server crashes.  It thinks there is another dcop server running.  
ALWAYS, no matter if the lock file is there, or if it is really running or 
not.  To add to the fun everything if started from blackbox and all of the 
directories are set crashes on a dcop error...

	Am I the only one on a clean install of KDE CVS who is having these problems?

	Are there any clues as how to fix this?
