I did a test on my machine with Top and every minute changing the
wallpaper and I got:

	Min		Mem(%) of XFree86
	-----------------------------------
	0		8.1
	1		8.1
	2		8.1
	-----------------------------------

At this point it refused to change the background wallpaper randomly.

Not to much of an issue it seems.

This is on KDE CVS as of today.
