Hi all!

I've made couple of changes to kxkb:
- flags are lighter now and label has a shadow for better appearance
- three-letter layouts are displayed with 3 letters of smaller font
(helvetica 9 instead of 10) - works also for "dvorak" as "dvo" - not
"ak" as it was before.
There're only 2 of such in XFree86 4.1 - "ben" and "dvorak" but
coming much more in 4.2

If you think it looks ugly email me... and I'll convince you that
you're wrong :-)
