Hi,

I'm interested in creating a new KDE web site. The site will probably be
called "KDE Worldwide" or similair, and will have several aims.

One will be to try and provide support and information for international
users of KDE (I'm thinking less of econimically developed areas, such as as
the west, and of less economically developed areas such as parts of Asia). I
would like to publicise the use of KDE (and Linux) in these areas.

One example of this is how KDE 3 will make it easier for the bi-directional
editing of text.

I'd also like to continue with the theme that KDE is an international
project, with developers from many countries. I'd like to start maintaining
the database of the locations of all the KDE developers that Marc Mutz
started back in July.

I'd be extremely grateful for any comments (positive or negative). You are of
course welcome to reply to me personally, rather than on list, if you want.
