Yes, BlackAdder or KDevelop 3 with complete Python/Ruby/Java Qt/KDE bindings 
would be very nice. Now Qt 3 has QSql* database classes and the imporoved 
QtDesigner it's becoming a RAD environment - just add the IDE of your choice 
and you're there.
