If its a question about KDE development it is the right place :)

I created a line in designer and saved the ui file. Then called uic manually
and this is what it produced (vertical line) :
Line1 = new QFrame( this, "Line1" );
Line1->setGeometry( QRect( 110, 50, 20, 100 ) );
Line1->setFrameStyle( QFrame::VLine | QFrame::Sunken );
