Thanks to that list posted above, I installed libqt3c102-mt and got all my
styles back again. Apparently libqt3c102 isn't enough by itself. Again,
none of this stuff was installed when I upgraded kdeartwork-style with

        apt-get install -t unstable kdeartwork-style

or any other kde module install.
