I could write some of the pages, I think defining Kalyxo as an 
umbrella for everything more or less related to KDE but not pure 
Qt/C++ and platform agnostic enough to push it as main part of KDE 
itself would be a good start for the beginning. As for setting up the 
site with PHP and/or Wiki (wouldn't really do the latter but instead 
reuse http://wiki.kdenews.org tho) I honestly have not much 
experience yet but want to learn it anyway.
