Yes, kde2 uses an libtool version, which is unsupported on cygwin. And 
because patching libtool is a heay load (at least to much time consuming for 
me) , I have patched the created libtool and checked this into cvs. 

For Kde3 the situation is another. They uses a cygwin supported libtool (the 
libtool I have mentioned)
